Building a Safer Future for Mount Tom
Mount Tom Community Fund is laying the foundation for a local fire station, bringing resources together to improve safety and long-term resilience.

Mount Tom residents are actively engaged in FireWise practices, reducing risk at the property level and across the community. These efforts include vegetation management, shared learning, and ongoing coordination among neighbors.

A Local Fire Station for Mount Tom
A fire station in Mount Tom will provide faster response, support wildfire suppression, and create a base for equipment and coordination.
Today, emergency response can be delayed due to distance and terrain. A local station will help close that gap and provide a level of protection that the community does not currently have.
